The Company Director and Consultant Physician is Dr Sanchoy Sarkar who is a UK-born and trained Consultant Gastroenterologist and Advanced Endoscopist with over 18 years experience as a consultant. He works in one of the top teaching hospitals in the UK, and is a renowned specialist in North-West with a tertiary referral practice for upper GI disease, endoscopic diagnostics and treatments including of colonic tumours and bowel cancer screening.
He prides himself in being down to earth and providing the highest quality care but with a personalised and pragmatic approach that puts you first.
Since COVID-19, we offer 3 different methods of consultation for your appointment depending on your preference; 1) Virtual video consultations 2) Telephone consultations 3) Face to Face Clinic consultations. All the latest government guidance for COVID-19 are followed in addition to local policies to ensure your safety during face to face consultations.

“The service I received was first rate. I was well prepared for the colonoscopy procedure, both in terms of information and bowel preparation. Communication was excellent Dr Sarkar was available to discuss any concerns with me, before, on the day of the procedure and afterwars. His secretary, Jeanetter, is wonderful, such a lovely supportive women. The hopsital was pleasant, nice room, TV and lovely staff before and after the procedure. If you have to have this done, I would highly recommend this service. Dr Sarkar is a lovely, kind gentleman with a very soothing and supportive bedside manner. I was dreading having a colonoscopy, but, I am suprised to be saying now, that it was fine. It was not uncomfortable at all, although this may very well be down to the skills of Dr Sarkar. The worst thing about the whole procedure was the preparation for it the day before – particularly not being able to eat.”

“It was about a week ago I met with Mr Sarkar. Right away he offered advice as to the maintenance dosage of Omeprazole I should be on; moving from 10mg to 20mg daily. Furthermore he did not considfer it essential that I be subject to a gastoscopy in the near future, although I would be placed on NHS waiting list. I have since discovered that my medical insurers would be prepared to fund this procedure. I was completely satisfied with the consulation Mr Sarkar is clearly a practicioner of considerable experience and knowledge.”
